Just because you don’t own the building doesn’t mean you don’t have a voice for clean energy for Glendale. This is a great opportunity to lower your own energy bills and increase the value of the property for your landlord. Here are some suggestions:

- Offer to split the difference in energy savings with them – ie: if their clean energy actions lower your energy bill by $500/mo then offer to pay $250 more in rent. You save, they earn more. Win/win.
- Spread the word about this effort. We have less than 90 days to get proposals in and the more people who hear about this the better.
